The Philippines has been shocked by the release of the scandalous videos of Dr. Hayden Kho a celebrity doctor. A lot of videos have apparently reached the internet. Now, the latest gossip is about another video of Hayden Kho and Maricar Reyes Part 4. Yes there were other videos too Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4. Allegedly, there is a Hayden Kho Maricar Reyes Se-x Video Scandal Part 4. I have not seen the video but my guess is that whoever is responsible for the leak of these videos is not really afraid of prosecution. He remains to be brave in leaking the alleged videos. You can not download the Hayden Kho Maricar Reyes Se-x Scandal Part 4 here or any videos. Let's not patronize these materials.

Anyway, a bill in the Philippines is already created against Voyeurism. It's still yet to pass the two chambers of Congress and to be signed by the President to become a law. And yes the publication thing and all of that will have to be fulfilled. It is still a long process before this law gets passed and gets implemented. And since under the Philippine jurisprudence, laws are to be given prospective application, those behind the Hayden Kho videos and those behind the leakage might still avoid the harsh hands of the law. But then at least if the law gets passed, it can protect innocent victims and at least be a deterrent, hopefully.
